Diamond Dressing Rolls - Infiltrated CNC Profiling Discs
Conventional infiltrated CNC profiling disks are the most common CNC dressing technology. A tough, Tungsten matrix holds the diamond particles, and the dresser is traversed across the wheel to shape and condition the wheel. Many options and configurations are available, down to a .005" radius tip (0.125mm), and a 15° included angle to allow for profiling intricate forms.

NOTE:  Larger radius and included angles improve dresser life.


 
In order to extend life of dressing roll with smaller included angles and small radii, Premium Diamond (Synthetic Crystals/CVD diamonds) is normally used for these rolls.
