Diamond Dressing Rolls - IDW Dressing Discs

The IDW diamond dressing disc is a very dense profiling roll with a hard metal bond matrix.   This dressing roll is intended for profile dressing to simple forms in vitrified cBN or diamond grinding wheels. This product provides truing and also dresses the wheel to the optimum condition, while preserving the life of the diamond.

Configurations are available with multiple diamond sections for truing OD and face of the wheel.  The most common configurations are: 

  • 100mm OD x 1.25mm diamond width 
  • 150mm OD x 1.25mm diamond width 
  • Other configurations available
